What is Ayurvedic Acupuncture?

Ayurvedic Acupuncture (also known as Marmapuncture) is a deeply relaxing, ancient and powerful system of healing.

Fine, single-use, disposable needles are used to stimulate marma points across the body to access and harmonise the physical, emotional and spiritual levels of the human body.

Marmapuncture has the power to instantly relieve symptoms of imbalance within the mind, body and spirit, prevent the development and invasion of symptoms into other areas of the body, and restore and maintain optimum health across the physical, emotional and spiritual planes.

01

Over 5000 years old

Marmapuncture predates traditional Chinese Acupuncture by at least 500 years

02

Enabling energy flow

Marmapuncture is based on the scientific understanding that all parts of the mind and body are connected. Marma points are hyper specific locations on the body which, when activated, unlock affected energy channels and restore balance.

03

Working alongside modern medicine

Our ancestors discovered and used the natural world to heal themselves. Turmeric, Ginger and Chamomile are among the thousands of natural ingredients that feature in modern medicine. Marmapuncture is one part of the whole; all things must work together to create balance.

Jen is an intuitive, understanding, focused and nurturing Marmapuncturist. I feel completely at ease in her company, and her knowledge and empathy are astounding
